Ordering and Payment

You can place an order though this website and (1) pay online with a credit card or PayPal or (2) mail a copy of your order with a check or money order.

Shipping

Our online store is set up to ship only to the US and Canada. We usually ship DVDs, videos, and books by USPS Media Mail and other items by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

If you live in another country and would like to place an order, please contact us at workshops@dochammill.com for a shipping quote.

Returns

If you receive a defective DVD or video, please contact us and we will replace it. Other items may be returned for refund or exchange. Please return the items in as-received condition within 14 days after receipt.

Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility, unless the merchandise is defective or we have made an error.

Privacy

We record the name, email address, regular mailing address, phone number, and similar contact information for people who voluntarily provide such information to us. If you place an order through our online store, we do not receive any information about your credit card. All online payment transactions are handled securely and directly by our payment processor.
